Louisiana and the Mississippi Coast are bracing for a barrage of extreme weather later Monday and into Tuesday, bringing powerful winds and the potential for flash flooding.
The latest National Weather Service update explains that the approaching bad weather is "quite the complicated system" and "there could be multiple rounds." An initial risk begins Monday afternoon, followed by a second round into Tuesday morning.
