A New Orleans-area landscape contractor has purchased a former used car lot on Florida Boulevard and plans to open a Baton Rouge office there.
C. Mullin Investments BR LLC bought the property at 11522 Florida Blvd. in a deal that closed Thursday, said Troy Daigle of Jarreau Real Estate. Daigle represented the seller, Geaux Ventures of LaPlace.
The 2.26-acre lot sold for $770,000. The property includes a 3,000-square-foot office building and a 3,600-square-foot warehouse.
Mullin, based in St. Rose, has done landscaping work at developments such as the Amazon fulfillment center in Baton Rouge, The Addison apartments near the Mall of Louisiana, Children’s Hospital New Orleans and Ochsner Medical Center’s west bank campus.
