TANA (2919 Metairie Road, 504-533-8262) is a new upscale Italian restaurant in Old Metairie from chef Michael Gulotta and his partners. It joins a growing restaurant row for Jefferson Parish that is drawing a mix of casual and high-end concepts.

The restaurant opened Dec. 14 is is beginning with dinner service Wednesday through Sunday (closed Tuesday).
