Louisiana locals and visitors from near and far are making their annual trek to New Orleans for the 2024 Allstate Sugar Bowl and New Year's Eve festivities this weekend, a four-day party that is often as chaotic as it is fun.
The first hints of holiday weekend madness are expected to start up Friday and linger all through New Year's Day, when the Texas Longhorns will take on the Washington Huskies at the Caesars Superdome.
