A mother-daughter writer-artist team will sign their book, "Red Beans & Rice," at two locations on Saturday.
The children's book, a farm-to-table story, was written by Jeannette Weiland and illustrated by Roberta Van Zandt Loflin.
From 10 a.m. to noon, the two will sign at the Historic New Orleans Collection, 520 Royal St., in the French Quarter.
From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., the pair will provide a reading and a guided art activity and will sign books at the Louisiana Children's Museum in City Park, 15 Henry Thomas Drive.
