A popular New Orleans brewery has released a new beer for the "unsung heroes" of New Year's Eve.

Urban South Brewery will unveil a non-alcoholic version of their Holy Roller Hazy Juicy IPA on Friday, just in time for designated drivers to have a new beverage option to ring in 2024.

"We’d like to thank all of our sober and sometimes sober friends out there for keeping your loved ones safe all year long," the brewery said Thursday in an Instagram post.

The beer will be sold in their taproom on Tchoupitoulas Street in the Lower Garden District.

The Hazy Juicy IPA is hoppy and has undertones of grapefruit. It's the flagship IPA at Urban South.

Urban South says the Hazy Juicy pairs well with football, crawfish and late nights, and the non-alcoholic version is sure to please as sober New Orleanians prepare for Mardi Gras.

"Let the good times roll without the alcohol," Urban South said in their post.
